We don't usually get the details on zodiac steps until the patch goes live.

Ahh yes Antanias I know I just want to ensure that it is in fact continuing this patch....we knew about Nexus prior to its actual release and Novus as well...yes no details exact but we knew which patch to expect them

In the Tokaigi LL, he stated the release date at the end. I guess because the Q&A translation notes don't cover idle chatter, this was NOT mentioned in the translation that we received a couple days ago.

Near the end of the Tokaigi video, you'll hear him say the day itself, after sorta leading up to it and reading peoples assumptions other than it being in February. LINK "Ni jyuu yon" or "24"

Try watching the live letters. They put slideshows up with english writing. One of the panels was picture in another post here where it clearly puts zodiac in the 2.51 patch. Also, a few days ago square released the translation of the live letter and it was also there.
