My vision of a new queue system.

Again we need this kind of system so people stop screaming about long queue times and to remove GC. I honestly think a system like this will fix the long queue issues. I think the frustration with long queues stems from not knowing why we are waiting an not having any power to fix it.

I'm still confused about this, what is the benefit of keeping GC's again?

For simplicity sake we'll just say the benefit is keeping the lore since we all know SE probably won't get rid of it and as seen in the other thread there is a good number of people that want it to stay as well. I tried my best to come up with a reasonable solution that would fix queue times and stay within the confines of the current system. I think my proposal would do just that and be easy to implement.

It's a RP thing. Drop the GC requirement and call yourself a mercenary. Problem solved.

This is NOT a thread about GCs. My solution was written to accommodate current lore. Not to question if it should or should not be abolished. The question here is do you think this system would solve the issues?

It wouldn't solve all the issues, plus it would be odd from a lore standpoint since your continually switching GC's to try to balance it out.

You can switch already. With this system you just have a clear understanding of what you get IF you switch. I.e. longer queues and maybe more wins.... or faster queues on a possibly losing team. It gives players the option to balance things out on their own.

And I agree the system itself would not solve the issue but it would give players the ability to fix it themselves with little change to the current system and we wouldn't have to wait 3 month until the next big patch.
