Isnt it implied during your dialog (maybe its in one of the translations, I cant remember) that Midgardsormr was essentially saved by the Mothercrystal, and that came to create the covenant that you're now part of?

What if Xande had captured/enslaved/whatever Middy when the Empire was at its hight, but during the fall Middy was freed, but near death. What if that's when he bargained with the Mothercrystal?

He could just have easily made a pact with the Allagans that they leave the Dravanians alone and he and the Dravanians would leave the Allagans alone. We haven't really heard what the Allagans did to the Dravanians, if they did anything.

That does look like Allagan tech inside BCoB....

One thing that struck me as I played through 2.5 today is that the Ishgardian knight (who's name escapes me at the moment) makes a comment that suggests there are two head dragons in Eorzea. She says something like 'it doesn't matter which of the two in Eorzea it is'. Nidhogg is almost certainly one. Who is the other?

If we assume the First Brood are Midgarsormr's kids, which seems to be what they are referred to as, and that the First Brood are old and powerful enough to rank as top rank dragons, does that mean that the rest of his kids are dead or did they move away. It would be interesting if the Au Ra are decedents of one of the other First Brood. Also, do we have any idea who Shiva's lover was?

Akatosh..... And their son was the 1st Dovakiin. Then after Shiva died/was killed Akatosh sent him to Skyrim to found the 1st dynasty, >_> <_< >_>

I am amazed we haven't had any arrow to the knee references considering all the adventurers and dragons around.

I'm pretty sure an NPC already made that joke in game.
