Need System Message for when a player places/removes waymarks

BTW what are waymarks for in WoD.

I don't know why your acting like this is complicated. So someone is spamming the marks removing and placing them during battle. If this causes a wipe everyone knows who did it and that person gets kicked. I would rather my log get filled with messages by who's doing it than not know and have it keep happening.

I guessing its for the Cloud of Darkness, when 3 cages come out and gotta separate to dps cloud inside.
