as said many and mroe times by GM themselves, you can report these kidnof things but they dont interfere as it is a player to player business.

They don't interfere if it's a disagreement about play style (such as cutscene skipping, gear deemed too "low", disagreements on speed runs) but if it's something like kicking people out just so the rest of the party can get the gear, it will be followed up by the GMs.
ONLY if there was a loot on and the guy was kicked when the loot was on...if no loot they wont interfere.the only thing forbidden and sanctioned, is to kick someone when loot distribution is not over.
Kicking someone because you want someone else to replace that person is perfectly ok and Gm wont mix

Sorry to hear that happened, suckks and there are many different reasons as to why that may have happened.
Here is something someone posted a while back, can't remember who exactly, when this kicking was popular in LoTa and carried on over to ST, and now WoD.
>>> Don't roll on lewt until after the next battle starts. Know where the chests spawn so you can select yours and get the lewt to pop ASAP. <<<
It's a crappy thing to do, but it will ensure you stay in the raid. Can't get vote booted while in combat nor while the loot window is up. Again it's a crappy thing to have to do, but better than getting kicked for no reason. And of course, if the item that drops is something you can Need on, by all means do so.
This doesn't fix the problem but maybe it will help to understand how to avoid this in the future, not that you should have to.
You can't kick someone if there is loot in the treasure pool. SE patched that abuse a long time ago.
Doesn't stop people from kicking you BEFORE the chest is opened, to make sure you don't lot just in case there's something in it they want, but unless they blabber about it in chat it's VERY difficult for a GM to punish anyone. You and the GM both can speculate all you want as to WHY they kicked you, but there's not a lot of hard proof to be had...
