PvP gear has fewer dead stats and is more likely to sync down to the stat cap. Extending the time it takes to for someone kill is not necessarily a good thing. DoWs already start running into TP problems in extended melee fights. The only ones whom would benefit are those classes that have infinite TP/MP resources such as BLM and SCH/SUM.

I'm sorry, but Slaughter would be unlikely to be different if the drones were not there and nothing else was changed. Slaughter has problems due to how a bunch of stuff was implemented. The PvE elements are not a bad thing despite what some people want to think. To many people define PvP as PKing.

Sorry, but we got a minor inconvenience from a software change to actively make things better elsewhere. The Queue penalty does not effect most players and prevents a lot more problems that were caused by those it inconveniences If you get 3+ failed confirmations it is on you.
