Petition for adding Mog Race!!!

If the devs ever waste time implementing convoluted nonsense like this, every single on of you better switch races immediately.

I don't know about this for a playable race, but the idea is still damn good for bringing machina and related technological things into Eorzea

I can't imagine having to design the armor models for Mogs. They are so tiny—you would hardly see any detail. It's hard enough trying to see it on a Lala.

This is a fun idea. I'm okay with it. However, it seems FF12 mog's should just stay in Ivalice. I don't think the placement in eorzea would feel/look right.

Maybe if they had a unique design that was special to ff14 I could see it.

Another downing factor is that we already have moogles. =/

Perhaps you are thinking of the current moogle models. Armor looks just fine and adorably badass on Lalas. Perhaps you should read the OP before commenting eh?

I do see your point and agree partially about a unique FF14 design, but lets not forget that the main reason they would fit in is due to Akihiko Yoshida's involvement as art director in both FF12 and FF14.

While I'd love to play a Final Fantasy where the protagonist is a moogle, the addition of any such cutesy race would destroy the feel and racial balance of FFXIV. If Moogle or Goblin were added, everyone would reroll.
