Yeah, because glamour purposes, some people are only getting into the game now and want to experience it, or because the First Coil turns now drop materials that you can make some serious gil on.

You are 100% wrong. Allagan rot can easily be blocked by the tank LB and other mitigation. The problem lies in the fact that the node will cast allagan rot again but if you can't burn it by then there is no point.

Turn 2 doesn't have to take 15 minutes, that is a choice a party makes. Rot method was never difficult to begin with, easy to teach and will always be the faster method. I always suggest it.

People got smart and figured out a way to beat T2 easily . The Devs know about this and didnt care..why "The players used their minds, got better gear and learned to play their classes better and took challage way" Nothing wrong with that. There's nothing wrong with the enrage method. If you dont like it, make a PF and enjoy your rot. Enrage is almost standard now in DF.

I survived a allagan rot explosion the other day and it didn't wipe us, it seems you can just brute force it now with gear and mitigation (not even tank LB).
