I wouldn't say all of the other servers have low utilization.

Sargatanas is also out of Small houses, it just took longer to happen.

I recently moved from Excalibur to Gilgamesh. I kept hearing that it has one of the highest active populations and its also on the aether data center which is better for queues ive noticed. Theres a big endgame community here but Im pretty sure any of the high pop servers would be fine.

I personally love the Sargatanas server. Lots of experienced but laid-back people around to run pretty much anything with you. Great FCs. Ton's of people in the last coil if that's your thing. We have style too. ;D

When transferring character creation doesn't matter if i remember.. i went to odin with the character creation locked and got in no problem.

Just dont go Malboro.

Most servers are a good choice. The game is thriving very wel currently. I'm obviously going to vouch for my server; Sargatanas, but there are many good choices. I would first check to see if any IRL friends play and find out what their server is.
