PLZ HELP I am being bullied/harassed non stop by another player and GMs resolved it

The best thing that anyone here can offer to you advice-wise is to keep the person Blisted and ignore them. Unless it's continuing physically in the real world, there is really nothing outside of mental/emotional abuse they can do, you're safe. If it IS physical as well irl, contact the local authorities.

In Australia, everything regarding to law and crimes, any police station will be able to help or direct us to correct department for help. I provided my advice, within my best knowledge.

On topic: Report him to your local policestation or FBI website or w/e you use in the USA and I can guarantee you that after he receives a police inquiry or summon or w/e he'll keep it shut for a while.
