She ended up reformatting her laptop to fix all the problems she's been having as of late, so that "fixed" this too...
I had this problem after messing with my Internet Explorer settings. I managed to fix this after going to Internet Options > Security Tab > Changed the slider from High to Medium-High. Oh Internet Explorer, this is why I don't use you.
