Question on the master rings that were mentioned. I've completed 4 of the logs before the rings were added. Is there a way to obtain those now along with any other items that were added to the achievement log later after the achievement was done?

Rings were there at the start of ARR, you need to talk to NPC in Gridania to pick em up - Jonathas by Apkallu Falls
