You know I was thinking about private mines and forest as well Einherjar where you have a one time entry per day and you get a time limit while inside and you have to go through nodes with various stat requirements to find certian ores/drops so you have to manage your item space, time, and gp. But at the same time I was thinking of the same with fisher where you would have an instance where you are out on the ocean fishing from a boat and you have a set amount of time while out there and only once a day.
But after the first month or so I would imagine it would get super boring and repeative so hopefully the designers have something not just monetarial profitable but fun as well.
