I thought I was having an error message then turned out that site has the cancel and confirm buttons reversed in position from Western norm, which I suppose makes sense and all, but just mentioning in case you're doing the same thing I did.

Also google translate helped a bunch.

It is true since SE removed the subscribe buttom from twitch.

These were the steps I was following for the niconico purchase. My understanding is that you do NOT need to have the premium account from there to purchase the points, just in case you run across that premium subscription page.
