Had a monk today in t10 with a macro saying "tp song or I slack?". I found it sliiiightly offensive because I of course would sing without even thinking of leaving a monk sitting there with 0 tp, but I guess statements like this are driving melee dps into thinking they wont get paeon.

I really, really dislike people like that as well (especially in PUGs). I don't mind a healer having a "Mage's Ballad, please! MP: xxxx/xxxx" macro, but when you get people being like "TP, period." or "why the fuck won't you ballad already", I find great pleasure in not singing for them.
As someone that mains bard, I'm insulted at the thought that there are bards out there that won't sing paeon for melee during long fights. You can easily field that small dps loss to make sure the melee have enough tp with invigorate. Bards don't deal as much dps as a melee, so a small sacrifice to keep optimal raid wide dps output? Sure.
