Boring maybe when you're doing fluff content. Manaward and Manawall are two spells I wish I had up more often. You know how many things I would manaward if it came back faster? I'd have it up all the time. I even feel this way with Apoc. There are so many instances in this Final Coil that I wish the cool down was shorter than 3 minutes. Extremely powerful techniques. I can respect your opinion though. Just don't discount them yet.
