They took Miqo'te butts so that we could have male Miqo'te and female Roe. That strongly implies, if not a common model, at least a certain commonality of proportion. Given that commonality, it would take all of... what? Fifteen minutes per outfit? To develop a male version. I don't think it would be time wasted, though I do acknowledge that there would probably be a smaller number of male characters wearing "female" clothing than vice-versa, simply because modern culture does still place a stigma on dressing "like a girl."
