Yes i think you're right because how I noticed it initially was I always rejoined BACK on my mount, meaning I had to be on it in the first place when I got disconnected. It really stands out in my mind because dismount and resummon are the first things I always have to do after a D/C, I'm certain of it
For the one guy encountering kicks- myteam doesn't kick people for getting 90k'd, I'd never replace someone who's actually trying for something outside their control like a D/C. But sadly I'm sure plenty do. It doesn't make much sense to kick someone who can be back faster than a replacement, and lose a LB bar in the process, but people don't think about that. Who's to say their replacement wouldn't have the same issue or just not contribute. With this s type of D/C, it's possible to rejoin ASAP so if someone is gone a few minutes and didn't contribute to the effort in the first place, they're gone after a few min goes buy. But kicking someone who's D/C prone or has them but returns is a crummy thing to happen when the solution should be- no more 90k's, not- kick the players who get them.

having 90k here too, as an additional info, i made a ping to ff xiv and then, another to google; ff xiv ping always loses packages while google ping give me normal results. i frequently use this to figure out if im lagging or having a problem with my connection but this is the first time i get something like this.

Ok, so I tried out some more matches and it honestly feels like a bug. I did 4 matches just now, alternating between travelling on foot and travelling on my mount.
EDIT: For clarity, I did 1 full match on foot, then another while mounting for travelling and then just repeated that.
I d/c 100% of the time if I travel with a mount (any mount, I've tried all of the ones I have available) and 0% of the time while I'm on foot.
Now I'm just playing FL by not mounting. It's bearable for me, but not so much for my party since I'm a healer and I can't keep up with them lol.
I think I'm experiencing a bug rather than a routing error/server troubles etc, but I'm not sure how to report it. I'll look into that and hopefully for those of you experiencing this too, it'll get looked at.
