Has anyone else noticed that joining an In Progress Roulett doesn't work for Healers?

Squall, he (the healer) didn't get the popup yet because the group ff14 was forming was not complete. So while he may not have seen a group yet, ff14 put him in a group it was making at the front of the que. Keep in mind that games like this with hundreds and thousands of players, nothing is handled "one at a time". Think of the front of the line as the food line of a taco bell, but instead of 1 person making tacos, you have 25, each one with their own tray.

that is why even if you are an in demand class (It changes depending on times here, but in wow, tank was always the in demand class for 5 mans) it still might take a minute before you see an invite, namely during busy times. you've got 25 pairs of hand and logic sorting out the front of a very big line. Oh yea and those 25 hands are pretty much handled on the same processor that worlds are being run by, so it isn't all "limitless resources".
