Just rank up in your new GC. I got to max rank in about a day when I switched. It'll cost you 50k gil to switch back in 2 weeks anyway so might as well make the most of your mean time.

you guys are correct, i was in a maelstrom with highest rank, then i switched accidentally to a company i didnt need, now im rank one. O.O im a little bummed about trying to rank up again so i might just wait for the 15 days to pass switch back over to maelstrom then finish the book and then just farm poetics for my 120 gear i guess. any who ya i know i have to do a leve to get it unlocked im just a rank one again....

I had a good laugh at what the OP did. Sorry if that sounds mean but I guess the old saying "We live and learn" holds true here. That's sucks though but it's not the end of the world. Good luck to you.

Maybe try for those GC specific minions? :)

Just curious, if you switch GC's..do you need to use all your points from doing hunts or will they transfer over to the NPC there?

Allied Seals is the same currency no matter which GC you belong to. So yes, they remain =)


But yeah, ranking up in a GC can be a pain >.<
(But if you have another zenith weapon, go out and gather up some atma while you're hunting GC seals for that :3 )

Lol op. Just do your gc hunting log. That will give you the seals to rank up and complete the quest.

I had this same issue, he is correct, you have to be (I think it's close to) 3rd highest rank to accept those at Mor Dhona, otherwise the guy just ignores you. I suggest you turn in some good quality stuff maybe grind some fates for another atma (or Alexandrite if you can-with another weapon).
