Doesn't gain spiritbond if it gives me a Malicious Mogaxe, Vanya Robe of Healing, or an Astrolabe either. Or if I send it out for an 18h XV venture. Figure that one out.

Just go out there and spirit bond. Stop find out ways to make this game lazy/easy mode :). It only take 30 minutes to spirit bond a full set of gear (right/left side) at your favorite level 49+ area.

People using retainers to spirit bond = more materia in the market = lower prices. I'm not seeing much of an advantage.

Would be nice since it would give me a reason to craft stuff without having to set time aside to grind mobs just to spirit bond when I could be doing other things. Like run dungeons and PvP.

To be fair, my gear doesn't SB when doing 2 star crafts or doing ilvl75 content either. Let alone SB Ilvl 70+ gear by doing enough grinds to bring back 5 pieces of raptor skin.
