One thing to remember that so, so many people seem to forget:
If there's a problem of this scale, the company is trying to fix it. It baffles my mind that people think a company wouldn't try to fix a broken thing in what amounts to their bread and butter.
The audience is like small children asking for food and complaining that it takes time for their parents to actually MAKE the food.
