Can we have hakama?

erm, what? I've worn hakama and they certainly aren't knee length (at least not any I've seen). O.o The kosode itself is about knee length, you don't want this hanging out the bottom. While we at it... let's ask for nagabakama too... be damn impressive to move around in those suckers. xD

Hakama traditionally go to the ankles like a full-length skirt. Traditional formal dress for a man would be kimono + hakama (and probably haori, a kind of jacket). (And yeah, you wouldn't normally wear one with a yukata).
I wore one earlier this year and will be doing so again at my wedding in Japan soon.

They should add kimono/haori/hakama for wedding/"Eternal Bond" stuff too! (Also wedding kimono + tsunokakushi for female characters) It is the traditional wedding outfit for Japan, although most Japanese wear western-style clothes for weddings these days.

Kendo hakama might be a little different than the usual hakama, possibly (especially outside Japan).

My girlfriend has a yukata, but it is longer than the one in FFXIV. Her's has flowers on it.

Sure, a hakama would be fine. But i would really like to see Realm Reborn include the "Haka", a dance made famous by sports teams in New Zealand.
