Since you are also on Goblin, send me a tell @ Jordan O'Niell, I'll make you some better crafting gear. I am usually online between 9pm - 1am EST.
While it still will not solve your problem, it will help. Unfortunately, several of the highest Ixal quests are designed to be completed by higher level crafters.
