Isn't color blindness more regarding issues with red/green....?

They seem perfectly fine to me.
Try messing with the ingame alpha, or maybe your screen colors are not correct.

That is done on purpose, to force the player to zoom in and not have a better view of the battlefield. Is just part of the challenge for this fight.

In my opinion the only part that i found cheap was the aoe's in phase 1. After diamond Dust the floor clears and becomes black and makes it way easier to see.

If you can't dodge them in phase 1 then just eat 1 circle it will only give you one stack that will be gone for the time the real fight begins.

Thank you for saying this so I didn't have to. Unfortunately the art major went to the school of finger painting. That said just zoom ur camera out and look at the spinning shards of ice or put ur camera straight down zoomed out (birds eye). If ur still having problems then you should could play in black and gray. oh wait...nvm...the fight is already primarily white effects contrasting to a black/grey background. You sure you aren't just blind instead of color blin?.
