So now all worlds maintenance will be extended to ensure that everyone will have at least 6 hours to download and install the patch before server goes live.

I do not think they change the code of the client 4 hours before its official release. There is however no longer the time for Q/A. So why hold back the clientdata?

check lodestone. was stated full notes will not be posted until patch is done.

What's missing from the patch notes to not consider it "Full"?

Perhaps they're all busy... You know... Updating and testing the servers before they go live so they don't explode! Community Team people and those who run the Social Media stuff probably have as little idea as we do as to what's going on.

And the patches have never been 4-5gb, they've been 2-3gb. Christ people have some patience.

Probably, but I'd rather them work on the patch than give me a twitter update that they're still working on the patch during the scheduled time they said they'd be working on it.
