All FCoB Bosses are bugging like Amon on ST release where he is not using any special attacks at all. That would be my biggest gamebreaker.

Because everyone enjoyed the Lightning Returns event, we've brought her back and implemented her into the main scenario.

Bug causes all NPC attacks to inflict Heavy as if you were being hit while on your mount, all the time.
