Plea - if Musketeer becomes a Healer...

Asides from Musketeer, the 007 reference could also be for the Agent class.

With the arrival of airships, the Agent class from FFTA2 is quite likely IMO

healer class with ranged attack would be interesting, but I doubt it would be musketeer. All we have seen from musketeers and the admiral herself point to a DPS class and the name is pretty much locked to Limsa. It could work with musketeer class and chemist job, but with the way they are adding the DRK job without a base class I don't think they would do the old approach for this new gunner job.

While I agree it is their game, and they have a vision for it--they should also consider what the fanbase wants. FFXIV 2.0 was constructed with player feedback. Also, I don't get why we have to be so gung-ho on agent. Only one character in FF (and a side title at that) ever has been an agent. I'd like a more interesting sounding class please. Agent just sounds ridiculous.

Given that the Musketeer guild already exists in Limsa, I wouldn't be surprised if Musketeer were the last class they added.

I doubt A LOT that Agent is a job. There are like tons of iconic jobs that people wanted implemented, and they are going to use a job that a special character had once from a awful FF spin off? Most FFTA jobs are too much of a deviation of normal FF jobs and have mostly stayed restricted to FFTA too. I had the impression Musketeer would branch into Corsair/Sniper and Chemist as jobs. But seeing now that Yoshi-P is moving away from classes I'm not so sure.

Gunner as Healer? Ewwwwwww whatever.

Clearly he's taking about Laguna :rolleyes:
