On Primals

Where is it stated that Silvertear Lake was used by the Allagans to store Aether? As far as I know, it's just the aether hub of the world. But I haven't done coils, so I might be missing information.

Absolutely nowhere. CT was meant to harvest the energy from Dalamud and the sun, but it has never been stated that this energy was sent to Silvertear.

It was never used by the Allagans to store aether, only as a place to seal the Primals. Mor Dhona is just the natural "heart" of all of the world's aether.
