And so have been T1-T5 in 2.2, but it was still necessary to clear hm primals in order to get the quest for 1st coil. Which made absolute sense from a lore standpoint and also does for 2nd coil...

You realize to add things to the DF you have to complete quests, right?

The 3 new dungeons will be in the DF, but you'll have to complete quests to get them there.

Second Coil can't be unlocked without clearing Alisaie's Pledge (Turn 5) to start Another Turn in the Coil.

Now given, they could change that requirement at a whim, but if they are going to do so it's definitely not represented in the patch notes.

It never ceases to amaze me how people infer so much from very literal utterances.
Just take SE's announcements and notes at face value. Don't add your own interpretation.

I start playing since 2.0- Quit before 2.1 ( A realm awaken), got back in 2.35-2.38 , get my NOVUS in 2weeks ( from Atma-->Novus), finished all main MSQ (main story quest)


And there is NO upgrade in relic weapon beyond NEXUS in 2.4 patch.
Furthermore, Relic weapon is not compulsory item in the game, you can gear urself up to ilevel 100-120 easily- and join COIL/or any other content thats available.

Atma drop rate has Increased, i think its not to late to catch up. :)
