Last I checked (and I'm a GSM, I would know), circlets don't include little ovals directly on/in the skin.

You arent sure, looking at the temple knight commander's gear. There is a lot of new armors we havent seen yet. Look the thing is there is no enought evidence on this. Also if this was so easy to discover, why nothing happened on 2,4 main scenario? Yoshida is not the kind of guy that doesnt know how to hide something related of this game.

All circlets jewels are rentangles not round or pearl shaped (if the circlet has a jewel in it at all) and I went and took my own screenshots which clearly show they it is not apart of the circlet.

It appears to be below and somewhat obscured by the circlet. You can see the square gem that is actually a part of the circlet... this certainly raises questions...

She most certainly is a pure-blood. That isn't a part of her circlet. It's both underneath, and embedded in her skin. You can see the outline of the impression it makes on her forehead. Plus, take a look at her body type. The first thing I thought when I saw her was "Wow, she's way too tall for a Hyur, and doesn't have Elezen ears."

At first I thought she might be a Hyur/Elezen half breed, but that was unmistakeably a third eye on her forehead. Unless I remember incorrectly, Aymeric also makes a point to mention he doesn't care that Lucia isn't Elezen, and trusts her explicitly regardless of her heritage. As linked above a few posts by Lilirulu, this couldn't be more of a clear shot.

Last, but not least, her name is Lucia. Given the overall naming conventions of Garleans we've seen thus far (Livia, for example), her massive height (Another trait of Garlean pure-bloods), her blatant third eye, and running with the idea of the thread, her hair color, I think it's plain as day that she's a pure-blooded Garlean. :>

Is kind of starnge, if this was so easy to see, why there was no mension to of it? If SE would want to hide strange things we would notice, something like this would not be ignored so easy

We weren't supposed to find it yet. But then Lalafell had to come in and ruin everything.

Have you ever watched the TV show Lost? It wouldn't have lasted a season if they drew attention to each interesting hint and mystery.

The reason things like this are fun is because they don't put it under a spotlight or explain it, it's a puzzle hidden inside a story.

It's called 'hiding in plain sight' same thing they did with Cid in the 2.0 main scenario. I'm sure YoshiP and the other developers were hoping no one was going to take advantage of the fact that Lucia cannot wear a circlet like other players can (if she did the 3rd eye would clip through the circlet model) and not being a nosy lalafell and looking up.
