As vain as this is, it would be an awesome feature! Maybe give beer/ale/wine/any alcoholic drink they impliment a crazy damage reduction buff, but at the same time impair the character's vision (blur the whole screen)

It would be super fun to run duties while inebriated, especially if it gave you stats.
Like if it were a specialty food that could last for periods of time.
