Eh. I dunno, I'd like to think they've learned from the past. Previously Yoshi has said that he wants vanity gear to be more accessible to a wider section of the playerbase, but I won't be surprised either way it goes.

I definitely recognize the Koenig/Kaiser armor set, and that looks like Ares from Salvage (both XI armors)

Looks like the Koenig is making a comeback from FFXI. =o
