Isn't focus target when you lock onto the enemy? Like on the controller just tab to them and hit X? *selects Focus Target from the square button menu on the controller* ...Ohhhhh! I never did this! I thought Focus was something else entirely! I feel like a noob for that. And I'm able to see Twin's twister casts from this? Wow this helps a ton. Thanks alot.

Basically you can move as well if you listed to a tone. Move up and back down right away and preferably as a group.
But yes with the person the has green symbol they are the ones that are to move right away.
Twintania should definately be focus targeted so when you get to twister phase you know when they are about to go off.
That is correct you have enemy clicked on and square button > focus target if on a gamepad.
Basically it shows the life bar of twintania but you are able to see attacks like twisters being cast off.
Twister phase is just about being spread out and if you have to stop attacking twin and just move around.
And i do know what you mean about loosing target as it happens to me from time to time

If you turn off names, I find that really helps in that fight as well. You can see how tightly packed you are in the pit much better.
