The only demand for myth mats is desynth leveling. Certainly if Supras are going to be required for 4*s, the mat prices will spike back up. However keep in mind new furniture will be added, as well as higher ilvl items from the new dungeons.
My opinion is that it is too risky, and the return in pretty small. A 'best case scenario' would be to have a stack of myth mat and have the price go up by 20k, and that only results in a profit of 2 mil.

they'll be available from gc vendor same as philo mats. they will most likely be required for something grindy to upgrade crafting gear so shortly after patch they'll skyrocket, then stabilize in a couple weeks.

They already confirmed new tomestomes in their last live letter. They wouldn't keep 3 different active tomestomes.

I'm still grinding away at desynth in order to get the demimateria needed for all my supras. I'm betting that Myth gear will be desynthable so I'm going to stock up all my retainers on myth accessories.
The price of tome mats is really driven by desynth (by far the highest part of the demand) so the MB value of the mats is tied to the value of the demimateria. If I'm right, then this will be a more direct path to a desynthable item (accessories are cheaper than the mats).
