Controller movement is ruined after 2.38

Reporting in, I have this same exact issue and I'm using PS4/controller. I really hope this is fixed before my coils tonight >< /sigh why is it always the controller/gamepad users that get f'd over with this kind of stuff?

Exactly this, how could such a crippling bugg slip trough Q&A in an AAA MMO?

People are raging about the housing issues and being mislead by previous statements etc, but I find this a far worse screw up on SE's part.

Same issue, using my Ps3 controller on my PC. It's also effecting my friend who's playing on his Ps4, so it's definitely not a PC exclusive issue.

Same is affecting me too on pc and ps4.....

I'm on Ps4 and same problem. This is a terrible bug please hotfix it as soon as possible.

Same problem here with my PS3 controller, i managed to make it less noticeble by maxing the analog sensitivity. Please this has to be adressed asap.
