Macro Cancellation, Please.

Sorry my bad, I didn't noticed the macro thing was already stated in OP. Yeah I was talking about that one by the way. xD

I macro by hotbar change exception. Under the same crosshotbar button, ([X]) I place my most commonly used chains. For instance:

/ac "fast blade"
/chotbar change 2

/ac "savage blade"
/chotbar change 3

/ac "rage of halone"
/chotbar change 1

On my circle button ([O]) have a reset.

/ac "shield swipe"
/ac "shield bash"
/chotbar change 1

The combination of the two allows for 1-button continuous chaining of skills, with a second button returning back to the start point, at any point in the chain. By doing this, you do not need a macro interrupt, you just have to pay attention and reset as needed.
