So when does ffxv come out

Over 10 years in development, with very little info known about it, no updates, no release date. It might as well be vaporware. And with its horrible and bland character design and action combat system I don't care if the game never gets a release.

It looks terrible IMO. It's a shame we'll never see another old skool medieval or steam punkish style fantasy RPG again.

Bring on the Fal'cie and L'cie and whatever nonsense garbage SE knows we'll buy because we need that crack!

I don't mind the world, but I HOPE that lore and plot make sense. It apperantly is in the same universe 13. The character designs are decent.

Wouldn't it be better if combat was similar to FF14 ARR? It's certainly easier than Kingdom Hearts-esque battle system they have now.

How much money have they spent?

Supposedly we are getting a demo March 17 with Type-0 release.

Ffxiv officially the last ff ever

I really couldn't get into or identify much with any of the characters from the XIII games, they just felt so much like jrpg tropes without much more to them.

My favorite character from those games, the baby chocobo that lived in Sazh's hair. I even began just referring to it as the frocobo.

SE is focusing a lot on regurgitating the old games for phones and tablets.
