It is rather soon now, but not rather soon relevant to total timespan of the issue. The fact that it is 'rather soon' now is why I made the thread to be like 'There really is no need to further disenfranchise those who could not have housing by inflating the prices when they already are at a disadvantage for their inability to garden and the long amount of time that has been available for those currently housed to garden'

Are you listing personal housing prices or Free Company housing prices. They are not the same. And who else aside from the Developers have chosen to only implement 1 new ward in the past 6 months (even though that new ward is full on most servers)? I know I can't implement a FC ward to help people or i would of already done so lol

I found out that it is not possible to place all 8 crafting facilities into a small house. 4 - into the house + 2 into private room = 6
Medium house allows to place 6 facilities (+ 2 in room = 8)
Large allows to make all 8 facilities to be accessible for all FC members.
With gardening - the same problem, medium and large houses allows to get more garden plots

The only area remotely close to full on my server is Mist. Are there servers where all three districts are full? Don't blame the devs blame the people who used themselves and three alts to self build an FC because they were too impatient for personal housing. Blame all the houses that aren't even used/belong to dead FCs and the fact everyone threw a fit when the devs were going to time out dead FC houses.

Allow more sure but not necessary. It is necessary to at least have a small house to do any of that at all though regardless of if u can do even more.

I've only found confirmation that personal houses are coming in 2.38... but I've found nothing from developers saying when they'll add more FC housing.

If there is confirmation on this, does anyone have a link? This housing situation is driving me crazy... just horrible, horrible planning on SE's part.

Not horrible planning...intentional planning. They can't go crazy with FC Housing wards before they launch the Personal Housing. They need to gauge the impact Personal Housing has on the server network first.

Its ok, you won't be able to get a house when they open up anyway. The People who made millions have already made their level six 4 man guilds to squat on all tiny houses for maximum Gain.
