Scaling the old raids

Hunts killed CT and other content. With hunts you can have 5x more mytho than from CT in the same time..

Hunts may have affected, but basically the reason is the loot is not interesting except for glamour, since the ilvl90 gear is so easy to get. And there are better places to get myth tomes than CT apart from hunts that are very good for that too (apart from allied seals.) CT runs take a lot of time and higher geared players don't go there so runs are riskier than they used to be (and they used to be risky, some groups fine, some not.)

I've not done CT enough to be bored of it yet, and the only reason I do run it is for glamour. However, if they were to up the gear dropped to i90 coil level gear and set the entry gear around T1/2 level , do you think people would run it? Obviously damage would need to be tuned, but it may keep some life in the old dog yet.

I did CT again recently in order to unlock ST for an alt character (after ignoring it for a long time). A large portion of the group looked like they were there for the same reason: fresh new 50s. So of course it went worse than random ST or other even harder content because the skill and gear level relative to content was way lower. And I won't be going back again in foreseeable future.

A roulette might be fine. Some modification like Echo might be plausible - although I'm not sure that the difficulty level actually needs reduced. But I would expect any major re-design to be off the table - that would be new content more or less.

after ST came out, i still ran CT like a madman, 200 myth for easy content? yes please.
then hunts..made myth even more of a joke to get, for even semi hunters.

and now, the only thing i get when trying to run CT, is massive trolling. Healers that say they're going to DPS, and rarely heal, Tanks that face pull everything and just act like an idiot. We'll vote kick them..wait for the new party members..and it's the same person 3 times! I was only doing it to help a FC buddy get some new gear for his new 50 DPS (it's his last one) and not only was the wait long (1hour+) after frequent withdraws, we get trolls. how is that fun to anyone, to make someone elses experience bad.
