Ul'dah Market Board Aethernet

That Ul'dah main aetheryte would be a great place to put some market boards, put em circling around the walls there...

I agree VERY much. It does not make sense from a lore standpoint either. Ul'dah is supposed to be home to a bunch of merchants, traders, and businessmen. You would think their first priority would be to be able to teleport quickly to a market board. Yet they are the furthest from it by any route taken.

Ul'dah has the fastest access to GC HQ,
It means the fastest FC chest, purchase FC actions, process daily GC provision mission, spending GC seals,
and now it even became the fastest hunting board and allied seal npc.

IMO 3 countries are well balanced. Why not set your HP or free Teleport at Limsa if you need the fastest MB? ^^;

when u spend millions of gil on mb's, going to the mb where the retainer is posted saves you 5%. it adds up pretty fast at 50k/M spent and is worth the travel time. ul'dah is annoying and i avoid purchasing from retainers stationed there whenever possible.

Limsa MB is right by the aetheryte, i set my FC house in gridania right beside the MB there. hopefully when individual housing comes i will be able to put my house beside an Ul'dah MB.

It's really that hard to hold a button or joystick for a couple extra seconds? I'll admit the city lay out sucks, but its not really that far of a walk from the adventurers guild.

Suggest you teleport to the weaver guild, then run to the nearest MB directly without the extra zone, this route should be much faster. ^^

Gridania is exactly the same as Ul'dah when it comes to GC, even using a stopwatch to test it.
Limsa Lominsa is one aethernet extra that is exactly next to the GC, that adds only extra 10sec (up to 20sec using the worst PC loading)

Maybe Ul'dah and Gridania takes similar time to the MB,
if teleport to the weaver guild, then run to the nearest MB directly? ^^;

I tested and found Ul'dah is significantly faster to the GC npc than Gridania,
go out from teleport room, turn right asap then jump on the plant then jump into the GC ^^;
