I like this idea even though I'm a tank.

Just don't make the mistake of throwing all tanks and healers in the same pot.
I for my part hate ego-tanks more than anything else.
2nd are healers who don't heal, and on rank 3 triggerhappy BLM/SMN and MNK/DRG who don't care about their positional attacks, followed by BRD who don't use songs and can't dodge AoEs.

Why is everyone jumping on healers and tanks as the cause of this? 9/10 I see 3/3 6/6 14/15 fails over and over because of a DPS. Or in 8 man dungeons its 7/8 waiting on a dps.

Tbh I count it about even across the board.

I wonder how many of those need to get up and use the bathroom only to have it pop up while they're in there.

This has happened to me plenty of times. I'll q for a dungeon see a 5-10 minute timer, go to the rr or get a snack, come back and I missed it

That wouldn't cause a withdrawal spam it would timeout and say a member has withdrawn.

if it gets to the point where there is only one person who has not queued, it is mostly likely someone who was unable to queue, either because he was fighting on another job, afk, or some other reason, and not trying to get in progress run, those normally withdraw as soon as it pops

Frankly the bigger problem i keep seeing is people leaving after the boss they want is done, There hasn't been a single tower run i have been to that didn't have to replace 3-4 people during the run cause they just bail after a certain boss.

Gotta try for that ST loot fast so you don't miss the next round of A-ranks! Heaven forbid you miss 20 seals!

If the person withdraws or times out, they should get a quick penalty. I sometimes don't even bother clicking commence until I see the window actually stay on screen long enough because I know people will just drop out.
