Oddly enough there is a green check mark in the top right of the right side window before you accept a leve quest to tell you whether you've completed that one before or not. No idea why they haven't included something similar for purchases.

^^ there is? Dang, never saw it lol. Now it is too late. I tried to get the ingame achievements for diff. classes a few months ago related to leves and it was a clusterf*** to determine which ones I never and which ones I already did.
