If anyone goes to Japan I highly recommend the Square Enix Artnia Cafe in Shinjuku. They had the strongest mixed drinks compared to all the other themed cafes I went to. -

It is in Akihabara close to the JR station.
Only problem is they sell a set number of tickets for three diffrent times during the day and you can only get in for the time your ticket is for and you have to leave before the next group comes in.
I went to a One Piece cafe like that and it was very crowded and customers were not allowed to take photos inside. Oh well I need to go to Akihabara this weekend for hobby supplies so might swing by and see about getting a ticket. -
