But specifically:
Paladins - 1 additional AOE ability. Also, I'd like to see a specific heal like Regen, but it only heals when the Paladin is hit for 1% of health, say duration is 20s or stops is 20% of total health is healed before 20s is up.
Warrior - 1 extra defensive cooldown that persists so long as you are hit, maybe something called Thick Skin. You get 1 extra armor added per hit you take, lasts until no longer hit and caps at maybe an extra 30-50 armor.
