What he means is placing Garuda to the part that later will get crumbled by Titan jump, so to avoid 100% WotL...unless people actually stacks up at one spot, then there is no matter where you place your pet as long as it is outside the position that people stack up for the WotL.

Is by chance your Garuda attacking the tail rather than the head?
