How awesome is this? It's weird why paladins don't get this option. In fact, the paladin has lost its appeal to me lately because we don't have anything really special to our class. I've been preparing for Ninja so I'll definitely be re-rolling because of those crazy perks. Also because of how I realize I tend to solo more.

We had animated cloaks in LotRO, massive resource hog when you had 24 people in a raid dungeon so most would just turn them off to prevent lag.

Well, considering we once had visible belts in 1.0 which was removed in ARR due to clipping issues and the fact it was restricting equipment design creativity, I don't see capes/cloaks being brought in. I mean, Lighting's costume cloak had to be modified by 'tucking' it into the belt, as it would have caused too much issues otherwise. So I don't see SE bringing this into the game at any time I'm afraid.
