With 2.3 just released in July, not going to happen... 2.38 should be by then though.

Mid-September would be 2 months after 2.3, you're probably meaning mid-October.

Feels longer but it hasn't been a month since 2.3, expect a delay as always anyway. Probably around late August on the last week to coincide with the 1 year anniversary, a week before that if you want to be optimistic.

I hope personal housing launches.

3.38????? You are already thinking abut next year's patches?

Have to keep in mind that they had to delay some features in Patch 2.25 for 2 months. So that's part of the reason why we received it sooner. Expecting 2.35 to be full featured and probably arrive in mid to late august.
