4 of bards cooldowns affect damage (RS, IR, BfB, HE) and fifth (Barrage) you want to stuck as close as possible to other four as it have short duration (10s), but boost your autoattack 3 times. And you want all other buff affect autoattack as well to further boost damage.

Better move BL after you applied at least some of buffs, 50% more damage and 10% more crit is a good tradeoff for 4 sec of cooldown as you don't even have a chance for BL reset yet.

Half-correct; the initial potency is piering (as with anything done by a BRD. The DoT element has no extra physical subset and is not boosted by Disembowel.
