A pad placed on the ground restoring a small amount of health over time up to 15 ticks to any players standing on it.
The pad lasts 15 seconds and has approximately the same diameter than Sacred Soil. Since it is the main group heal for Sorcery healers, it is a skill on GCD and doesnt have a separate CD timer.
Imo it would be a great addition for WHMs even if it cost as much or little more than Holy. :)
